Controller and data
The controller is SIA “Kompānija NIKAN”, registration 40103249271, Buļļu iela 40B - 38, Rīga, LV-1055; info@dzese.lv; +371 20035777. We process the name, contact details, project information, basket, correspondence and withdrawal notices you submit. Do not provide sensitive data.
Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to prepare your requested offer and perform a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), comply with legal duties and consumer requests (c), and protect systems and legal interests (f). A quotation request alone does not authorise advertising messages.
Recipients and retention
Access may be given to authorised staff and necessary IT, hosting and database processors including Supabase and the website host; agreed carriers or installers where needed to perform a contract; and authorities where legally required. Records are kept as necessary for the request, contract, statutory accounting and legal claims, then erased or anonymised. Transfers outside the EEA require an appropriate GDPR basis and safeguards.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability, object to legitimate-interest processing, and withdraw consent where used. Contact info@dzese.lv. Complaints may be made to Datu valsts inspekcija: https://www.dvi.gov.lv. Contact details are needed to respond; without them we cannot reply. No automated decisions with legal effects are made.
Website technology
Basket product IDs and quantities use necessary browser session storage and necessary authentication technology is used for sign-in. Optional technologies — Google Analytics 4 and the Meta pixel — run only after your choice in the cookie bar (see the analytics and advertising section). External images may disclose an IP address to their provider. Calculator inputs are processed in your browser until you submit a request.
Customer account
Creating an account stores your verified sign-in email, contacts, personal or company billing details, addresses, favourites, orders, documents and maintenance requests. Earlier orders and warranties are linked only after the matching email has been verified. Supabase Auth processes passwords; website staff cannot see them. An account is optional when requesting a quotation.
News and maintenance reminders
News subscriptions are a separate optional choice; we record changes and the consent date. Change news subscriptions and maintenance email reminders in account settings. Unsubscribing from news does not stop necessary order and warranty messages. We use Resend for email delivery. To request deletion of account data, contact info@dzese.lv.
Analytics and advertising measurement
If you choose “Statistics”, Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) records in aggregate which pages are opened and how the calculator and catalogue are used; the _ga and _ga_<ID> cookies last up to 2 years and data is kept in Google Analytics for 14 months. If you choose “Marketing”, advertising measurement also runs: Google (GCLID/GBRAID/WBRAID) and the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., _fbp cookie up to 90 days), which sends Meta page visits, viewed products, basket additions and request submissions so we can measure and show our ads on Facebook and Instagram. We are joint controllers with Meta for the collection of pixel data. Marketing does not subscribe you to news. After consent, campaign UTM attribution is kept in the current tab; attribution attached to a submitted request is retained on the server for up to 90 days to connect it with deal stages. Analytics and advertising events do not include your name, email, phone number or address. You can change your choice at any time through cookie settings in the footer.
Quotation reminder
For a new quotation that has not received a response, we may send one reminder after three days while the quotation remains valid. Service email preferences are available in your account. Newsletters go only to confirmed subscribers and include an unsubscribe link.
