What to send for a quotation
If something is missing, send what you have. We will clarify the rest when we talk.
- Building
Address, type of building (office, warehouse, shop, production) and heated area. An energy certificate or audit, if you have one.
- How it is heated now
Fuel, boiler output and yearly use. Bills for the last two heating seasons work best.
- Heating system
Radiators, underfloor heating or air heaters, and the water temperature the boiler runs at on the coldest day.
- Hot water
What it is for and how much: showers, kitchen, production.
- Operating hours
When the building is in use and the temperature needed during and outside working hours.
- Electricity
Main fuse in amperes and the number of phases.
- Space for equipment
Where the outdoor units can stand and how far that is from the boiler room. A few photos are enough, plus a plan if you have one.
