What to send for a quotation
If something is missing, send what you have. We will clarify the rest when we talk.
- Plans
Floor plans (PDF or DWG) with room names and ceiling heights.
- Rooms
What each room is used for and how many people are usually in it. Mark server rooms, kitchens and other places where equipment gives off heat.
- Windows
Window sizes and which way they face. Photos of the facades also work.
- Indoor units
Whether there is a suspended ceiling and which units you prefer: cassette, ducted, wall or floor.
- Outdoor units and pipe routes
Where the outdoor units may stand (roof, yard) and where the pipes can run.
- Controls
A controller in each room, central control or a link to the building management system (BMS, BACnet or Modbus). Whether tenants need separate metering.
- Electricity and timing
Available power and phases, and when the system needs to be running.
Equipment configuration, availability, installation scope and costs are confirmed in an individual quotation.
